SERVICE AT BSNL
I had a great experience at BSNL , today.
My broad band connection was due for its annual payment. I had not rec'd a reminder.
Went to the telephone exchange at Venkatnarayanan Road , T.Nagar
There is a very helpful and knowledgeable person there : Mr.Muralidharan.
Whenever I have a hassle in my Internet connection , he sends a man , within minutes,
He logged in; said Rs.12,242 was payable.Also as there was some hitch in Standing instructions , it would be better to get a fresh one recorded . As his office did not have stationery , he will send a man to Giri Road ,and get one; asked me to wait.
I said that I could easily go by myself and get it done there. He was not happy: "I do not want you to trouble yourself".
As I , however , said that it was not a problem for me , he phoned that office telling them what to do.
